Most of the time, pregnancy is caused by vaginal sex, when a penis ejaculates (cums) in a vagina. But fingering can also cause pregnancy IF there's semen on the hand that's touching the vulva. So if you've got semen on your hands, wash them before touching a vulva or vagina to prevent pregnancy.
